BabyHeart Shipping Policy

 

BabyHeart offers:

  • Free US Expedited Shipping for orders over USD $99.
  • Free US Standard Shipping orders for over USD $49.

Orders are fulfilled from one of our 2 local US warehouses in Nevada and Pennsylvania. The recipient is responsible for additional import or customs fees (depending on the destination country).

  • Expedited: 3-Day Shipping (within the US only)
  • Standard: 3-7 Days (Zone 9*)
  • Orders before 12 pm Eastern time ship on the same business day
  • Please note International orders may take 4-6 weeks to deliver

    • Estimates are in business days, and shipping times may vary.
    • BabyHeart dispatches orders daily.
    • Once the item is posted, the transaction will be marked “Shipped”, and you will receive an email notification. If you have any questions about your order, please get in touch with our customer support team.
    • The above timeframes are to be used as a guide only. Shipping times are subject to stock availability and exclude clearance/customs delays.

    Shipping Pre-Order Item

    If your order contains multiple products and one of them is a preorder item, the entire order will be held until the preorder item becomes available.

    This means that all items in your order will be shipped together in a single delivery once the preorder product is ready for dispatch. If you want the available items to ship sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and preorder items or contacting us.

    Overseas Purchases

    For overseas purchases, customers are expected to comply with all laws and regulations of the country where they will receive the goods. Before making a purchase, customers must ensure that the item can be lawfully imported, which may be subject to import duties and taxes. We have no control over any additional customs charges or documents required and cannot predict what they may be. As customs policies vary from country to country, please check with your local customs office on the import terms for your country.

    Please note that international orders may take 4-6 weeks to deliver.

    Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to these countries:

    • Spain
    • Germany
    • Mexico
